FAT LOSE..... arghhhhhhhhhhhh

Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
kenapa fat yang menjadi bayangan
nak loses kan mereka 
susah betul...

Kenapa alasan nak bersenam cukup susah dibuang
Nak kata sibuk  sangat tak la jugak
Nak kata penat sangat tak la jugak
ape masalahnya niii...

Mesti tak jaga makan niii.....
Makan tu memang sedap hahahah
Tapi xmakan xleh nak workout jugak.....
last last makan kenyang-kennyang nyesal hahahah....

Macam biasa  setiap satu pusingan raya
perasaan malas tu memang ada
lagi-lagi lepas raya
memang malas laaaa nak start  diet semula

Dlam bulan ni pun dapat la wort out
dekat rumah 1jam
2 3 kali je dapat seminggu...
untuk menaikkan semangat semula...

Hari ni ape lagi sambung semula workout
jangan jadi malasssssss
jangan nanti makan ubat  dan
jumpa doktor jadi rutin harian
taknakkkkkkkkkkk hahahaha
